Our system generates barcoded activity coupons for each operation needed to complete the job. Workers collect coupons for work they do. A roving operator scans the barcodes and live productivity data is presented on big screen TVs and in the executive boardroom. Bottlenecks can be viewed in real-time by the factory manager on his phone.
The company could implement a reward system for workers who get the job done fast, with few errors.
